Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data BPLUS PRO LTD, trading as Kudvi, collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It applies to Recipients who receive tips, to Tippers who pay them, and to visitors of our website. We collect little and we sell nothing.

1. Who we are

BPLUS PRO LTD, trading as Kudvi, is the data controller for the processing described in this policy. Our registered office and contact details appear at the end of this page.

2. Data we collect

Recipients: name, date of birth, contact details, identity document data, verification photographs, payout account details, transaction history and support correspondence.
Tippers: transaction amount, timestamp, payment method details processed by our payment provider, and technical data such as device and browser type. Tipping requires no account and creates no profile.
Website visitors: strictly necessary cookies and basic technical logs. We run no advertising trackers and no third party analytics profiles.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

To provide the service and settle tips: performance of a contract.
To verify identity and screen against sanctions lists: compliance with legal obligations.
To prevent fraud and secure the platform: our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
To respond to support requests: performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
Where we ever rely on consent, we ask for it separately and you may withdraw it at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Stripe, our payment provider, for accepting and processing payments.
Sumsub, our identity verification provider, for the checks described in our KYC Policy.
Payout partners, for delivering funds to Recipients.
Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that run our platform.
Professional advisers, and public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
We never sell personal data and we never share it for third party advertising.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions where available, and otherwise on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where appropriate.

6. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active. Identity verification records and transaction records are kept for five years after the end of the relationship, in line with anti money laundering standards and the requirements of our payment partners, and are then deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Support correspondence is kept for up to three years.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive it in a portable format, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given.

To exercise any right, write to hello@kudvi.com. We respond within one month. Some records, such as identity verification and transaction records retained under our financial crime framework and partner requirements, are exempt from deletion for as long as the retention period runs.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

9. Cookies

We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site and the payment flow to function. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

10. Children

The service is not directed at children and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly process children's data.

11. Changes to this policy

We will announce material changes on the platform before they take effect. The date of the current version appears at the top of this page.
